Advertised pendant came with chain but lied. Called customer service and they were rude and stupid. Put me on hold for over 30 minutes
2nd order delayed until October bought in August. Said I could not cancel. Afraid they won't give money back. Worst company ever. Don't buy from them

I'm still waiting to receive a refund for an item I returned 2 months ago. This company has extremely high shipping fees for each individual item even when multiple items are shipped in the same packaging. Now that the vendors I patronized have moved onto a different network so will I.

This store is a nightmare. It's easy to buy but for God's sake, you have to return or exchange it! They never gave me a refund for $190 for an item I returned, it's passed 4 months (!) already. Customer support is not helping, yelling by phone, and they continue to send me bills to pay my credit card without reflecting this amount. If there would be a negative 1 for customer support they would have it, they opened a claim that another customer support operator can't find, no chance to speak with a supervisor or anyone who can resolve the issue …. A true service nightmare.

I opened a dispute with my credit bank, never again I'll bring my money to that ShopHQ scam! There are so many better stores than this one!

Had to return defected item. 6 weeks and 7 calls (5 in one day due to being hung up on) still haven't gotten through. Terrible customer service. Not pleased with quality of products, The Medic Therapeutics pillows smelled of formaldehyde through the cardboard packaging. Even the UPS driver complained.

I placed an order with ShopHq and used the value pay option. On the second month they charged my card twice for the same item/order. That was very disturbing because if I never took the time to look at my statement I would have never known (No telling how many others don't know). After contacting them to dispute this issue I was told that a claim was submitted and someone would get back with me. No one ever contacted me but 6 weeks later I received an email stating the issue was resolved 10 days prior to the email. Once again, if I don't check my card account I wont know that this is a lie. I had to call again to try to rectify this matter. They assured me that the double charge will be refunded in 5 business days... So, I placed another order using my existing ShopHQ credit card. A few hours later I get an email from the credit bureau stating that a hard inquiry was made by ShopHQ. Why! If I already have a card with this company? I gave no one permission to hit my credit!
I even had an issue some years ago where they were charging me for some type of payment protection that I never signed up or asked for. It added up to be almost $2000 and I was wondering why my bill was barely decreasing after my payments. The did remove the charges but fact that they did that without my permission should have warned me then!
For any one wanting to shop with ShopHQ, pay close attention to them. They will get you if they can.

I purchased a sleeping beauty turquoise ring. What I received looked nothing like the ring on TV or online. I received a ring with a very, very dark color. Sleeping beauty is a very Light color. Bait and switch.

I truly haven't had any bad experiences with them. I don't particularly like everything that I order but I also send it back with no problems. The good thing is that they ALWAYS have 5 easy payments which is good on the pocketbook

My first time experience with this company and it will be my last. While ordering an item (massage mattress with heat) my wife liked, the rep was more concerned about opening an account for me with monthly charges, a VIP (?) and a credit card with 26 % interest rate. Should have terminated the call right then as their focus is not delivering a product but marketing and selling you a membership, but my wife wanted the item. Since: item was defective (heat did not work), a nighmare to return, long que times and no credit to my credit card. Today I spent (48 minutes waiting for CSR even though their VRS told me my wait time is 7 minutes). I finally spoke to an agent who claimed "the item was scanned by Pitney Bowes in Nevada, but we did not receive it" What does that mean? The only Pitney Bowes I know provided copiers for my company. Again what does that mean? The CSR would not provide any other information. I will give them another week and I will be calling my credit card to do a chargeback.
PS Never use any other payment except a credit card when buying on line- it offers most protections.

Bought a treadmill as a gift, turned out to be a duplicate-began the forever process of returning an unopened box. End of a 3 month story is I finally got my refund BUT only because the bank I deal with stepped in and brought pressure to bear otherwise Shop HQ would have the merchandise and my money. RUN don't walk -find somewhere else to buy

Purchased a gold ring on value pay. Never received it. It went to the wrong address and USPS returned it to sender (ShopHQ) to which ShopHQ refunded me what I paid minus the shipping and handling fee of $8.99 for a ring I never received it in the first place. I tried ad nauseam to contact this company-- 4 emails, phone calls (including on hold for 50 minutes til I gave up). They don't reply to their inquiries and communication is non existent. Thinking back, I never even got a confirmation notification of the purchase I had made when I made it. If I can't interact with a company when I need to, then I don't need to be giving them my money either. I am upset that they pocketed $8.99 of my money for absolutely nothing in return but my lesson is letting you know to beware of their customer services policies, and for me to never do business with them ever again!. ShopHQ is a disgrace to the online shopping experience.
